Then we mail you everything (key to house, parking pass, resort and house rules resort location map, etc.) in the final confirmation letter within 3 days after you pay your final balance. Rate includes all taxes, clean linens, clean towels, professional cleaning before and after your stay and no other costs. You must be 1-3 single families or couples only, over 22, no pets and no smoking, rental homes sleep 6 to 16 people max. Pay online with credit card or by check. Weekly rentals are typically Sat. to Sat. only from April-Sept.
